Bear Rump Roast
Cover 5-7 pound rump of bear with vinegar water. (2 parts water to
1 part vinegar) Soak for half a day. Wipe dry and rub with salad oil.
Generously sprinkle salt, pepper and onion salt over entire roast.
Roast in an uncovered pan at 350 degrees until done. A meat thermometer
should reach the setting
for fresh pork.
