Apple Cake
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups chopped and peeled raw apples
1 cup walnuts
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut
5 tbsp milk
4 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt, apples and walnuts.
Spread into a 10x13 pan.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar, coconut, milk and melted butter. Spread this mixture over the cake batter.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until done.
This makes a very moist cake.
